Virus protection is integrated into SIMPLICITY to minimise the possibility of disruption to the working day. There are three areas that are protected against virus attack:

• The Email system
• The Small Business Server
• Each Client computer

Every machine must be configured and protected with virus software.

There is a centralised management component that is programmed to actively check for updates on a scheduled basis. Once the updates are downloaded, they are automatically distributed to each computer.
