We believe in transparency – you pay a fair price for the work undertaken with our charges identified from the start. We won’t commit to you to deliver to you a service we can’t provide, or sign you up for services you don’t need.

We also believe in dialogue and will always discuss the detail of any work undertaken at all times so you remain happy with the cost to your company.

Over a period of time we aim to move our relationship away from supplier to be your partner. For many of our existing clients we have become an integral part of their organisation.

We do of course have a support agreement which sets our basic terms and conditions of engagement. This is tailored for each customer to meet your requirements.
